1. Eligibility: The EEI Soldering Certification Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who sign up here. Entrants must have some experience with soldering as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. Any Entrants under the age of 18 acknowledge that EEI Manufacturing will void their entry. This contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. EEI Manufacturing’s employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and director (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the EEI Soldering Certification Contest.

2. Sponsorship: The sponsor is EEI Manufacturing (“Sponsor”), located at 703 Grand Central St, Clearwater, FL 33756. Sponsor will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.

3. Entry Rules: The Contest must be entered by submitting a text response using the online form provided here. The text response must meet all Contest requirements to be eligible to win the prize. Incomplete entries or the ones which are not in alignment with the rules, requirements, and specifications will be disqualified by EEI Manufacturing. You may enter the Contest only once and you need to provide any information that might be necessary. Any attempt of circumvention of the rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Contest.

4. Web Entries: Participants must accurately complete all required fields or the entry will be characterized as incomplete and will not qualify.

5. Agreement to Rules: By entering this contest, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the EEI Soldering Certification Contest.

6. Prizes: Winner of the Contest (“Winner”) will receive a voucher for the J-STD-001 certification which is determined by EEI Manufacturing. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize and is non-transferable. The prize is given with no written, express, or implied warranty. Any prize not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited by the winner and remain the property of EEI Manufacturing. Acceptance of the prize gives EEI Manufacturing permission to use the Winner’s personal details and text document for advertising purposes without further compensation unless it is prohibited by law.

7. Contest Entry Period: This promotion begins on August 16, 2021, at 9:00 am ET and ends on December 10, 2021, at 11:59 pm ET (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the contest, entries must be received online within the specified Entry Period.
