EEI specializes in design services (NAICS 334412) and circuit card assembly (NAICS 334418) and (334411) Box Build & System Integrations supporting Department of Defense, Department of Transportation and Medical electronics. As a certified and registered ISO 9001:2000 company, EEI services a diverse and prestigious customer base, including Redstone Arsenal (ARMY), Fort Monmouth (ARMY), ATK Missile Systems Company, Bell Helicopter, GE Avionics/UNISON, Lear, L3, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. The company supplies products for instrumentation, aerospace/aviation, ground support, communications, and simulation. These products support flight critical, life support and emergency applications supporting the Warfighter.

In September 2004, EEI successfully graduated from the Department of Defense Mentor-Protégé program with ATK Missile Systems Company as their mentor, providing financial, managerial, and technological assistance. In December 2006, EEI was graduated from a second Department of Defense Mentor-Protégé program with Lockheed Martin as their mentor. Under this program Lockheed transfered the electronic manufacturing technologies to EEI to enable EEI to support the significant advances in semiconductor packaging, circuit card assembly and information collaborative integration.

Celebrating its 16 year anniversary, EEI was founded in 1993 by Susan Englander and is a woman owned, small 8(a) disadvantaged business. As president of the company, Ms. Englander brings over 30 years of experience in electronics. Her detailed knowledge of the industry and ability to identify product trends help her lead the company to consistently deliver optimum results.
