BUILDING HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS WORKSHOP | 8 Hours

Price: $360

Lean Implementation efforts require participation and teamwork from all employees responsible for the process.  The Team Building workshop teaches employees to work together in an efficient and productive manner.   

Workshop Objective:
Learn what it takes to become a High Performance Work Team and understand the fundamentals and importance of team organization, team structure, and team operations.

   

ROOT CAUSE PROBLEM SOLVING WORKSHOP | 8 Hours

Price: $360

Objective:  Learn to apply a team-based, structured methodology for solving chronic problems through root cause analysis.  Participants will solve a real-life problem using the methodology such as Pareto Analysis, Brainstorming, Fishbone Diagrams, Impacts Analysis and a variety of other techniques taught in the course.  Participants will receive a Problem Solving Toolbox manual describing the tools listed above and others.
